All Items are posted within 2 day of payment being received We post daily Monday-Fridays (excluding bank holidays)

There is an extra delivery charge to Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands. Please contact us for a price quotation before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact us on receipt of item. We will need photo evidence for Royal Mail. You will need to return the item to Royal Mail on request along with the packaging. We can then either replace the item or give you refund.

Faulty items will need to be returned to me for a full refund

We can cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sellable

Return postage cannot be paid for items returned

If you do not receive your item within 7 days, please contact me. A claim through Royal Mail cannot be made before 15 days after posting (25 days for overseas). Please do not ask us to resend or refund any items until this time period has passed as we cannot comply until we can claim from Royal Mail. After the mandatory time period has passed we will be happy to either resend or refund your item to you.
