1 Pack = 20sticks & 5 Packs = 100 sticks(5x20sticks)

Each stick is approx 20cm in length and it burns up to 30 - 40mins.

Notes on safe use of incense:

  • Always be under the supervision of smoldering incense burning down.
  • Keep smoldering incense of children and animals.
  • Set the incense holder to tip over.

Dispatches:

Order received before 12.00 pm weekdays will be dispatched SAME DAY.

Orders received after 12.00 pm on Fridays and during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Postage : We use Royal Mail for deliveries; royal mail doesn't usually deliver or collect on bank and public holidays. There also may be a delay due to seasonal posting such as Christmas holidays, please be aware when bidding or buying an item, that although we dispatch within 24 hours we cannot be held responsible for bank, public or seasonal delay holidays. We also retain proof of postage for all outgoing mail.

Missing Items: Royal Mail should leave a card if you are not at home, sadly this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived as expected, double check the postman hasn't left it with a neighbor or in a shed/outhouse and contact your local sorting office (not Post Office) as 99% of the time your item is sitting there waiting for collection. If not then please contact us, please remember that Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days and we are unable to submit a claim till then.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged then please contact us with details and photos of the damage. We can then take steps to offer a refund/replacement and claim a refund from the carrier.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you wish to return it and return the item(s) to us within 30 days.

  • When using the eBay Returns Flow - PLEASE ensure you fill in the Notes box with details of the reason for return.
  • All goods must be returned in their original condition, unused with original packing.
  • Buyer must pay for postage to return items.
  • If the Buyer does not pay for the postage or item is returned damaged, a refund will not be issued.
  • No return or refund on international shipping items.

Non Payment: Please make sure you can pay for your item when you buy it! We always open an unpaid case after 2-3 days if you have not contacted us and made payment arrangements. We have already been charged fees for selling an item and this is the only way we can get these back. Items bought by mistake can be cancelled so please contact us.
